Father's Day is a not so impressive inspired movie heavily based on “Bhramaram” (2009).
However there was a novel and innovative thing in the later version where the film is about a mother who is a rape victim and a son who is in search of his mother. That really deserved an appreciation for its makers, if we forget the inspiration part of the thriller for a moment.
