A movie on a well thought novel theme about a group of freedom fighters known as the Rebel Alliance as they plot to destroy the powerful Death Star space station, a devastating weapon created by the evil Galactic Empire. The story is about Luke Skywalker joins forces with a Jedi Knight, a cocky pilot, a wookiee and two droids to save the universe from the Empire's world-destroying battle-station, while also attempting to rescue Princess Leia from the evil Darth Vader.
It is one of the rare movies about star wars. In fact it is a film that changed the world. In simple words, Star wars made epic fantasy real. The director needs to be applauded specially for a particular sequence in the movie in the climax. For a generation of people it has defined what the cinema experience is meant to be. Today it is probable that pc games will offer a deeper and more satisfying entertainment solution, but for pure visual and aural pleasure, mixed with basic emotional manipulation, there has never and will never be a better example of cinema than when star wars appeared over 25 years ago. One of the best scenes I have seen, having the power of bringing a change.
So, “Star Wars” can be rated as an important movie for all youngsters. An intelligent and thought provoking movie about the star wars. And every young science student and movie lover got to watch it.
