Scooby-Doo (2002) - (Movies To See Before You Die - Comedy Theme)

Sarah Michelle  Gellar, was one of the most talented artists of Hollywood Film Industry and “scooby-doo” can easily be added to her Top 10 movies list. The comic storyline based on adventure and family. All the songs in the film and their lyrics are pure gems, beautifully composed and sung.
The movie portrays After an acrimonious break up, the Mystery Inc. gang are individually brought to an island resort to investigate strange goings on. The only character you have in mind while watching the whole film is just sarah michelle gellar, as she is so real and natural in whatever she does. A must see for the younger generation . Highly Recommended for comedy movie fans & adventure drama lovers.

Mujhse Dosti Karoge! (2002) - (Movies To See Before You Die - Romance)

It is  the first film of Kunal Kohli  . A well made romantic drama,  just sticks to its main plot. There are no unwanted sub plots and songs in this well acted and directed film. The love triangle happens in the first 20 minutes and the script takes on from there.
The story is about the love triangle of three friends played by Hrithik Roshan,Rani Mukharji&Kareena Kapoor. The cliches of Bollywood Film Industry are also shown tastefully in the movie. All the veteran actors like Sathish Shah, Himani Shivpuri, Kiran Kumar & Smitha Jaykar are aptly cast and deliver the goods in a fine way. The twist in the climax is also good which in turn makes the movie worth watching. Specially recommended for romantic drama and masala movie lovers.

Hrithik Roshan  ,Rani Mukerji , Kareena Kapoor,Satish  Shah,Himani  Shivpuri  & More

Father's Day (2012) &Bhramaram(2009)

Father's Day is a not so impressive inspired movie heavily based on “Bhramaram” (2009).
However there was a novel and innovative thing in the later version where the film is about a mother who is a rape victim and a son who is in search of his mother. That really deserved an appreciation for its makers, if we forget the inspiration part of the thriller for a moment.

Every  movie lover must have seen the classic crime thriller City of God, directed byFernando  Meirelles.  In the  Classic movie, alexandro rodrigues & alice braga were the two  pairs . Needless to mention it is the best movie till date which deals the adult crime. The unique pairing also makes it a must watch  classic.
Interestingly city of god is now unarguably included in the All Time Top 10 actions from world Film Industry. You will simply fall in love with the characters of alexandro rodrigues and alice braga playing the  pairs. Specially the narration in the opening scene . The Godfather (1972) - (Movies To See Before You Die - Crime)

Hats off to Francis ford cappola for making this thoroughly enjoyable movie and no doubt it can be watched several times for its unforgettable making. Even if its idea is lifted from the book of the same name, still in my opinion the version attempted is better than the  original. All artists are just superb in their respective roles. And the top among them are James Caan, Al Pacino and Marlon Brando. Their one liners are just perfect and they make you amaze by just appearing on the screen.
Francis Ford Coppola introduces a new flavour of crime thriller which is not over the top but is based mostly on the dialogues and expressions of the veteran actors. Brando's make up of vito coreloni needs special mention and his voice modulation is just perfect. This is again a thriller which should be there in your personal collection as it is a family movie and will be enjoyed by all from the age of 18 to 80. A strongly recommended perfect thriller.
